No you usually have to do your own, unless the uhaul/rental truck has logistics called e-track. If they do you can buy load bars and build bulkheads, otherwise 2 sheets of plywood and nylon straps can build a bulkhead in a uhaul truck.

This is great info for anyone wanting to load a truck. Is it possible to get bulkheads made that will fit Uhaul trucks?
